Infamous Rooster


A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to visit with several rural pastors at the Rural Home Missions Association in Morton, IL.  During my time there I got to visit Eastside Bible Church (one of our partner churches) and spend some great time in fellowship with their pastor, associate pastor and several church members.  I caught a picture of this rooster outside the bakery that Eastside’s pastor’s family has owned for many years.  I thought it was cool...you don’t get to see too many 15 foot roosters!

On April 18th, 2010 I had the opportunity to visit the Mount Hope Federated Church in Mount Hope, KS. As you might recall we are planning on partnering with this church in August for a revival. This visit was a great time to bring a message of encouragement from the Lord but also to get to know the congregation.
